Welcome to DRIPTECH LTD. By creating an account or accessing the DRIPTECH web or mobile application (our "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our digital classroom and ecosystem tools.

1. Platform Eligibility & Minor Safety

Our primary services target Senior Secondary School Students (SS1 – SS3), typically aged 14 to 18 years. While students utilize the active platform tools:

• Accounts must be set up with honest registration credentials. Providing a false academic class tier to gain access to unauthorized exam rankings constitutes a breach of terms.
• Parents or legal guardians who pay the platform subscription fees on behalf of minor students retain final structural responsibility for monitoring student compliance with platform policies.

2. Fee Schedules, Payments, & E-Wallets

DRIPTECH LTD operates a premium subscription infrastructure. By accessing standard curriculum content, you agree to the following framework:

• Onboarding Structure: New users pay a fixed, non-refundable structural onboarding setup fee of ₦1,000.
• Subscription Cycle: Full access to the Digital Classroom study notes, video tutorials, and weekly online exams costs ₦5,000 per student for a 30-day term access block.
• E-Wallet System: All premium profiles maintain a platform dashboard E-wallet. Funds loaded inside the e-wallet are used solely to manage subscription extensions or hold verified reward prize disbursements. E-wallet balances are non-transferable to other user IDs.
• Refund Policy: All standard portal tier activation transactions are immediate and non-refundable.

3. Weekly National Exams & Prize Arbitrations

We run timed, highly secure weekly mock exams aligned with standard national syllabi (WAEC, NECO, JAMB). To safeguard the integrity of our ranks and prize system:

• All examination submissions are checked via AI-based automated grading and anti-cheat tracking routines. DRIPTECH LTD reserves the right to audit, flag, or disqualify scores showing high-probability integrity anomalies.
• To claim monthly ranks rewards (including cash adjustments or technical equipment bundles), students must submit valid identification confirming enrollment in a senior secondary framework within Nigeria if requested. Our decision on rankss is final.

4. Mentorship Forum & User Code of Conduct

Our integrated chat systems and monthly interactive mentorship hours are spaces meant for academic advancement. Users agree never to publish content that:

• Is profane, abusive, harassing, or dangerous toward other students or working professional mentors.
• Advertises external unverified solutions, commercial links, or multi-level marketing platforms.
• Attempts to bypass, scratch, or extract proprietary curriculum learning video content or notes from the dashboard. Violators face immediate permanent structural account banishment without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content delivered on the platform—including video modules, dynamic notes, custom exam engines, algorithmic ranking tools, and graphic logos—belongs exclusively to DRIPTECH LTD. Users are granted a restricted, personal, non-transferable temporary streaming license for educational enrichment only.

6. Limitations of Liability

DRIPTECH LTD strives to keep our servers active 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptimes during sudden regional telecommunication outages or national web blackouts. Our learning systems serve as a preparatory asset; we do not formally guarantee direct external exam scores for WAEC, NECO, or JAMB boards.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with and governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with specific jurisdiction centered within regional arbitration frameworks.
