• Communication Data: Texts, prompts, and interactions generated within our localized Mentorship Forum and chat channels.

2. How We Use Your Data

DRIPTECH LTD processes your personal information for the following specific educational purposes:

• To provision and customize individual Student Dashboards and deliver downloadable WAEC, NECO, and JAMB preparatory resources.
• To feed our automated grading system for running the nationwide weekly rankss and processing monthly award payouts or tech gift disbursements.
• To compile structured, periodic Student Progress Reports accessible by verified parents or corporate school partners.
• To safely regulate digital brand ambassador programs, verify referral incentives, and monitor mentor-student communications.

3. Special Protection for Minors

As our target platform audience comprises secondary school students within the 14–18 age range, we exercise heightened care under the NDPA:

• Account registrations for minors should ideally be completed under the direct guidance or verified supervision of a parent, guardian, or an authorized corporate school administrative representative.
• We do not sell, swap, or market any behavioral tracking data of minor students to third-party ad brokers. Ad integrations displayed on our platform are limited strictly to curated, clean educational content or verified educational brand partnerships.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not distribute your personal records. Your profile data is shared only under these highly structured circumstances:

• Public rankss: Your structural top score rank status, full name, or regional school state identifier may be displayed publicly on our monthly national rankss or during streamed awards broadcast ceremonies to facilitate healthy competition.
• With Verified Educators/Mentors: Assigned corporate professional mentors receive access to specific subject insights and academic strengths to better guide you during monthly career advisory routines.
• Legal Compliance: When compelled by state educational boards, government ministries, or law enforcement units under valid data protection provisions.

5. Data Security & Storage Lifetime

We prioritize the protection of your credentials. All digital records are stored behind encrypted server infrastructures. We maintain your structural dashboard history and wallet transaction metrics for as long as your premium membership profile remains active, or until you officially submit a data purging request.

6. Your Data Rights

Under the NDPA, users or their legal guardians possess full rights to access their data records, object to automated performance scoring profiles, or request the outright correction or deletion of personal identifiers by writing to us directly.
